Roger is partner in a boutique law firm in Zürich (Switzerland), specializing in company law and international business transactions. Roger started his career in a small law office in Zürich and a district court in Zürich. Thereafter, he joined UBS and later on, the law firm Homburger AG in Zürich, where he worked on corporate law and M&A.
After Roger gained his LL.M. at University of New South Wales in Australia, he joined UBS Investment Bank where he worked on Capital Markets and M&A transactions in London (UK) and Zürich. He later joined the law firm Niederer Kraft & Frey AG in Zürich doing M&A and capital markets work. Since 2011, Roger is a Partner of ADROIT in Zürich.
Additionally, Roger holds a Masters in Law from University of Zürich. He is admitted to the Swiss bar and is admitted as a solicitor in the senior courts in England and Wales (not practicing).

Roger is a very pragmatic person who takes his Vespa to get around Zürich faster to meet his clients. In the summer, he loves being at the golf course with friends and customers where he plays friendly matches as well relaxing from the complex contracts he is negotiating all day long. During the winter months, you will find him on the Swiss ski slopes, on and off-piste.
Roger lives with his wife and their son in Zürich (Switzerland).
